Log on to the bank's website www.sbi.co.in or www.statebankofindia.com and click on the 'CAREERS WITH US' to open the link "Recruitment of Special Management Executives" and then click on the option "APPLY ONLINE" which will open a new screen. To register choose the tab "Click here for New Registration" and enter Name, Contact details and Email-id. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password. An email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent.

In case the candidate is unable to complete the application form in one go, he/she can save the data already entered by choosing "SAVE AND NEXT" tab. Prior to submission of the online application, candidates are advised to use the "SAVE AND NEXT" facility to verify the details in the online application form and modify the same if required. Online Mode

On successful completion of the transaction, an e-Receipt will be generated. Candidates are required to take a printout of the e-Receipt and online Application Form.

Offline Mode
Offline payment can be done through system generated Fee Payment Challan at SBI Branches. Fee payment will be accepted at the SBI Branches from second working day after registration and can be made within three working days. Once fee has been paid, the registration process is completed. Candidate will receive registration confirmation by SMS/e-mail after two working days from the date of payment of fees/intimation charges.

Payment of fees by all means ends on August 13 and the written examination will be held on September 19.
