The Reserve Bank of India popularly known as RBI is India’s central banking institution, which controls the monetary policy of the Indian rupee. It was established on 01/04/1935 during the British Raj in accordance with the provisions of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934. The share capital was divided into shares of 100 each fully paid, which was entirely owned by private shareholders in the beginning. Following India’s independence in 1947, the RBI was nationalised in the year 1949. The bank is also active in promoting financial inclusion policy and is a leading member of the Alliance for Financial Inclusion.

Qualification/Educational Criteria : Candidates who wish to apply for this post must posess the following skill and criteria: Passed Master Degree in Economics with fifty five percent marks from any recognized College.

Age Limit(in yrs) : Interested candidates who are appearing for this post should have the age of 21 to 30 Years.
Pay Scale/Salary(in Rs.) : Selected candidates would be eligible to get the pay scale of around Rs.21,000 to 36,400/- per month.
Application Fee : Candidates have to pay Rs.100/- for General / OBC category candidates. Exempted fee for Reserved category candiates.
Mode of Selection : Selection will be based on Written Test & Interview.
