Educational Qualification:
i) Pass in Madhyamik Examination of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent.
ii) Ability to read ,write and speak in Bengali (not required for those candidates whose mother tongue is Nepali) .
iii) Must possess sound health and ability to undertake extensive tours in rural areas of West Bengal.

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test and Personality Test . The written test will be held at various centres in West Bengal. The Personality Test will be held in the office of the Public Service Commission, West Bengal, in Kolkata.
